1. Return Acceptance
We accept returns of unused products in their original condition, within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
For a return to be accepted, the product must:
- Be unworn and unused.
- Be in its original condition.
- Include, where possible, its original packaging and any accessories received.
If the product does not meet these conditions, the return may be rejected.
2. Returns due to our error or defective product
If the reason for the return is:
- A defective product, or
- An incorrect product sent by our mistake,
the return shipping costs will be covered by us, provided the case is confirmed after the corresponding review.
3. Return process (step by step)
1) Notification
Send an email to:

Please include:
- Your order number.
- The product you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
(For defective products or errors, it is recommended to attach photos to speed up the review).
2) Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will send you:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Detailed instructions for shipping the product.
Without this authorization number, returns will not be processed.
3) Shipping the product
- The product must be shipped to the address indicated in the return instructions.
- It must be properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
- Except in cases of our error or defective product,
return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4) Inspection and refund initiation
Once the package is received:
- The product will be inspected to verify it meets the return conditions (original condition and unused).
- If the return is approved, the refund will be processed.
4. Timeframes
- Deadline to request a return:
14 calendar days from the date of order receipt. - Refund timeframe:
Between 5 and 7 business days from receipt and inspection of the returned product.
5. Refund method
The refund will always be made, whenever possible, through the original payment method used for the purchase.
