Return Acceptance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We accept returns of <strong>unused<\/strong> products in their <strong>original condition<\/strong>, within <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong> of receiving your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For a return to be accepted, the product must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be unworn and unused.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be in its original condition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Include, where possible, its original packaging and any accessories received.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If the product does not meet these conditions, the return may be rejected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Returns due to our error or defective product<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If the reason for the return is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A defective product, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An incorrect product sent by our mistake,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>the <strong>return shipping costs will be covered by us<\/strong>, provided the case is confirmed after the corresponding review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
